Tried that
Because the clips are offline, re-linking doesnt work well, even in small re-links. its just stuck in the re-linking process and doesnt move. im talking about 3-hours - doesnt move.
do you have more ideas?

That was the right file, and it did contain your project. It had a different name because when I imported the fcpxml into FCP X 10.1.4 I got a project called "TIMELINE EDIT MAIN 5 ONLINE WHOLE Heb subs 1", and when I then exported an fcpxml, it suggested the name of the project as the name of the file.
X2Pro is asking for access to that location because that is a folder on my system that I exported it from. Obviously FCP changed some paths when I opened it on my system...
I suggest that instead of using the fcpxml that I provided (that has path to folders on my system), you:

I suggest that instead of using the fcpxml that I provided (that has path to folders on my system), you:
- Close your library
- Create a new library
- Import the fcpxml that you gave to me
- Export a new fcpxml
- Try to convert that fcpxml in X2Pro

It looks like you did indeed remove all retimed compound clips. I was able to convert the attached (zipped) fcpxml file using X2Pro.

Yes, the only way to get it to convert is by removing the retiming, or remove the compound clip entirely

X2Pro can convert retimed compound clips, but only in 1.6 fcpxmls.
In projects exported as v1.4 fcpxmls, compound clips cannot be retimed because X2Pro is unable to convert them.

Are you able to remove the retiming on those compound clips (or remove the compound clips entirely) and send an xml over? I can then import/export it and send it back like we did with the last one.
